Sugarland headlined US 95.7‘s Class of 2005 show at House of Blues San Diego. Also appearing on the bill were Miranda Lambert, Ryan Shupe and the RubberBand, Bobby Pinson, and Hanna-McEuen. Sugarland’s set kicked off with a rousing rendition of U2’s “Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For” and showcased selections from their gold-certied debut album Twice The Speed of Life, including the hits “Baby Girl” and “Something More.”

Twice The Speed of Life has been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America. The album has also spawned two top 10 singles, including “Baby Girl,” which recently set a Billboard Hot Country Songs chart record in its 46th week for longest chart run in the Nielsen Broadcast Data Systems-monitored era. Prior to Sugarland’s performance at CMA Music Festival on June 9th, Jennifer Nettles, Kristen Hall and Kristian Bush were presented with Gold digital download plaques by the Recording Industry Association of America to commemorate certified sales of more than 100,000 downloads of their Mercury Records debut single “Baby Girl.”
