The dust has settled, the cowboy boots are (mostly) clean, and we’re still buzzing from another incredible year at Stagecoach! The desert heat was matched only by the fiery performances and the unwavering energy of country music fans from all over. If you weren’t there, you missed a truly unforgettable weekend.
This year’s festival brought a stellar lineup, showcasing the breadth and depth of country music today. From the chart-topping titans to the exciting newcomers, there was a melody for every kind of country soul.
The Kings and Queens of the Stage
Friday night belonged to the one and only Lainey Wilson! Fresh off a phenomenal year, Lainey brought her signature bell-bottom swagger and powerhouse vocals to the main stage. Her authentic storytelling and hits like “Watermelon Moonshine” had the crowd singing along at the top of their lungs, setting the perfect high-energy tone for the weekend.
Saturday night saw the stadium-packing force of Eric Church take command. Known for his raw intensity and rebellious spirit, Eric delivered a blistering set packed with fan favorites and his unique brand of country rock. The energy under the desert stars was electric as he belted out anthems that resonate deep with the heartland.
Jelly Roll shared a soulful and captivating performance. His powerful story and genre-bending sound have resonated with so many, and his Stagecoach set was a testament to his connection with the audience. From heartfelt ballads to rock-infused country bangers, his performance left a lasting impression and a feeling of unity. Jelly Roll included Machine Gun Kelly, Shaboozey, BigXthaPlug, Jessie Murph, Wiz Khalifa, Lana Del Rey and others in his appearance – simply a memorable mix.
Beyond the Headliners: Discovering Diamonds in the Desert
The magic of Stagecoach extends far beyond the main stage. The smaller venues were overflowing with talent, offering a chance to discover the next big thing and soak in different shades of country. At the 2025 Stagecoach Festival, several non-headlining artists garnered significant attention. The Desert Sun reports that Avery Anna, known for her hits “Make It Look Easy” and her cover of “Love Story,” was a standout. Additionally, George Birge, who collaborated with Lana Del Rey on “Cowboy Songs,” received a lot of attention.
We also loved catching some more traditional sounds at venues like the Honkytonk Dance Hall, where the sawdust flew and the fiddles sang. It’s a vital part of the Stagecoach experience, reminding us of the roots of this music we all love.
The Stagecoach Vibe: More Than Just Tunes
Let’s be real, Stagecoach is an experience. It’s the smell of BBQ in the air, the clinking of beer glasses, the sea of cowboy hats, and the feeling of camaraderie among thousands of people who share a love for country music. From the Ferris wheel offering panoramic desert views to the countless food vendors and interactive experiences, there’s a real sense of community and celebration.
More notable moments included when Zach Bryan brought out Noeline Hofmann to sing “Purple Gas.” Willow Avalon then joined him for “I Remember Everything,” in place for Kacey Musgraves who collaborated with the Bryan on the original track. Luke Combs closed out the festival by bringing out Bailey Zimmerman, Good Charlotte and country legend Garth Brooks. Later, he joined the Backstreet Boys to sing their hit “I Want It That Way.”
The Final Roundup:
Stagecoach 2025 was another home run, solidifying its place as the ultimate country music festival. The incredible headliners delivered unforgettable performances, the rising stars shone bright, and the overall atmosphere was pure country joy. If you’re looking for a weekend where you can immerse yourself in the best of country music, surrounded by passionate fans, then Stagecoach needs to be on your radar for next year.
