Hot on the heels of two shows at the Majestic Theatre in San Antonio Monday and Tuesday night, the Garza brothers showcased their talents at Verizon Wireless Theatre. The tour hits Concrete Street Amphitheater in Corpus Christi tonight before ringing in the New Year Friday night at the Austin Music Hall.
The sold out crowd was comprised of fans young and old. Several generations of fans enjoyed the music, including several who attended the show with their parents and grandparents. It is a rare feat for a band to appeal to such a diverse audience, especially to garner airplay on multiple radio formats across the country as the fan base continues to reach new segments of the population. Los Lonely Boys videos have also aired extensively on CMT and VH1.
Los Lonely Boys self titled platinum debut album has earned four Grammy nominations as the band’s “Texican Rock” has taken the country by storm. “Onda”, “Senorita”, “More Than Love”, and “Heaven” were among the highlights of the blistering one hour forty-five minute set.
